I originally called to get a quote for car insurance because we were paying $406/month, and Terri worked her magic and got us down to $162/month — which honestly felt unreal. She didn’t stop there. She asked about our home insurance, and when I needed time to gather information, she was incredibly patient and respectful. Even with a little phone tag (life happens 😅), she followed up exactly when she said she would and took the time to walk me through everything in detail. Terri explained our home insurance coverage in a way that actually made sense, went over what we were truly protected for, and made sure our policy would best support our family if anything were to happen. Yes, our home insurance ended up being slightly more than before (not even $100 more), but the coverage and peace of mind we gained is worth every penny. Because I’m getting auto and home, my auto insurance ended up coming down to $156! She was knowledgeable, kind, thorough, and genuinely had our best interests in mind — not just trying to sell a policy.
